Run the barn from the aisle.
Horses, stalls, care, and lessons in one workspace for boarding and lesson barns in the United States. Staff check off the day on a phone.
Staff run the day. Horse owners and clients see what is theirs, and nothing else.
The whole day on one list.
Feed, medication, farrier, vet, turnout, and lessons land on today's checklist. Care repeats every day, on weekdays, weekly, or once. Each row is one tap, so the list gets done where the work is.

Know who is in every stall.
A horse carries its stall, owner, board arrangement, markings, and handler notes. It holds one stall at a time, so the board stays true.

Four roles, one barn.
A person holds one role in a barn. The database enforces it, and one barn cannot read another barn's records. Own means the records attached to that person: a horse owner's horses, a client's bookings and the horses on them.

Questions from the barn office.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Today's checklist is built for a phone and each row is one tap. The day follows the phone's local date.
What does a horse owner see?
The horses they own, with the stall and the board arrangement, plus the care and the schedule on those horses.
What does a client see?
Their own lessons and other bookings, and the horses on them. Clients do not manage stalls, care, or bookings.
Can staff change billing or the people list?
No. Staff handle horses, stalls, care, bookings, and checklists. Only an owner manages people and the Aisle subscription.
Does Aisle bill my boarders?
No. Aisle bills the barn. It does not send board bills to horse owners or clients.
What happens if the subscription lapses?
Horses, stalls, care, and the schedule stay closed until the subscription is active or trialing. A past due subscription does not open them.
Can I see who changed what?
Sign-ins, role changes, membership changes, subscription changes, billing webhooks, and deletes all appear in Logs for the owner to review.
Is billing live?
Not yet. The Aisle subscription runs on Stripe test mode, and there are no live charges.
